[Entry #1]
(Detection)
An anomaly has been detected.
Flying across our multiverse at the speed of light.
Clashing with multiple universes.
It left behind something.
An anomalistic pocket dimension.
3 timelines, rather then 1.
Overlapping, rather then co-existing.
Undetectable, rather then sensible.
Ownerless, yet it possesses an entity.
An entity that can control the state of the dimension.
Or should I say, void.
An empty void, with nothing but the color of cyan.
I presume we give this pocket dimension a proper name.
The 'Cyan Void.'
[Entry #2]
(Two Inhabitants)
I have been keeping a close eye on this void for some time now.
The entity of this void has given itself a name. 'Zyler'.
I've come to learn that the 3 timelines of this void are referred to as 'phases' by Zyler.
Each 'phase' has minor changes compared to the last:
Phase 1: The void was a darker shade of cyan, and Zyler's entire form consisted of purely white.
Phase 2: The void's tint became brighter, alongside Zyler's form.
Phase 3: The current state of the void. Zyler's form has color now. The void is at a definitive shade of cyan.
A second inhabitant has been seen leaving and reentering the void at a consistent rate.
Almost as if scheduled or formulated.
The second inhabitant is 'Hortemis,' the Demi of Lust.
They have been seen entering the void in a disguised form known as 'Mr.Horns'.
How brilliant.
Hortemis's plans are unclear.
Something inside his memory is preventing me from detecting a clear objective.
Whatever is blocking my sense, it has similar properties to that of the Cyan Void and Zyler.
Perhaps these 3 have more in common then I have realized.
Whatever it is that they have in common, it is clear that Hortemis is not an anomaly.
[Entry #3]
(Soul Replication)
Further observations have continued, new events have unfolded.
While Hortemis has an assortment of Lust related abilities, his most infamous ability is 'Soul Replication.'
Through the clever use of deception and forceful exploitation,
Hortemis can replicate the souls of his victim, and swap the gender of the replicated soul.
Hortemis has already created a replication of Zyler's soul.
But the process has backfired.
Zyler's replicated soul overlaps with his own, giving him the ability of substitution.
Not only that, but Hortemis now has a replication of his own soul as well.
After a long session of frustration, the Hortemis replication has been promptly named 'Plum.'
[Entry #4]
(An Army)
Further observations have continued, new information discovered.
On a distant planet, Hortemis has an army of anomalistic replicated souls being kept in hibernation cells.
From that information alone, it is clear that Zyler's replication was meant for this army.
Hortemis has given up on multiple anomalies in the past when his procedures don't go smoothly.
An anomaly like this must be extremely necessary.
An army like this... could start another universal war.
I am not quick to judge a man's intentions based on appearance though.
I will continue my observations on Hortemis, until the picture has been made clear.
[Entry #5]
(Invulnerable)
Our abilities have been ineffective on Zyler.
Could this be why Hortemis insists on extracting a replication of him?
An anomaly with invulnerability like this...
Would a correction hex even work on such a thing?
Could Everlast handle this situation instead?
What if Zyler grows to be a relentless turbulent superiority?
What would we do then?
[Entry #6]
(Decision)
I have decided.
I will enter the Cyan Void disguised, in order to continue my observations.
If I am going to get answers, I need to experience this phenomenon in-person.
I will not allow for my partner to tell me otherwise.
I will leave my outside observations to him, while I reside in the void.
[Entry #7]
(Obby)
For my entire life, I have been lead to believe that anomalies are the manifestations of corruption. Disgraceful creatures, objects, events, that must be corrected, or reset back to zero. My partner and I are not allowed to experience the lives of the anomalies we correct. We were made for one purpose. We were made to observe, infer, and correct. That is all we were made for, and nothing else.
For once in my life, I have experienced the true feeling of "learning to understand someone". Zyler is not our enemy, and neither does he realize what he is capable of. That is not what I was taught. Zyler does funny little acts to comfort himself in times of boredom. That is not what I was told. My disguised company puts a smile on Zyler's face. That is not what I was made to experience.
Everlast.
You created me. Obby.
You created my brother. Infy.
You told us that all anomalies were corruptions.
You told us that all anomalies must be corrected.
But what is there to correct in Zyler?
I am either blind, or enlightened.
Whatever I am, it does not matter anymore.
I will get to the bottom of this, I swear to myself, I will.
If only Infy could understand...
